Terms of Service — Effective Date: July 10, 2026

1. General By accessing or purchasing from trendynewhub.com, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time.

2. Products All products are custom printed on demand. Colors may slightly vary from screen to screen. Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept online payments via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Order Processing Orders are sent to production within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Once in production, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Shipping We ship across India. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days. Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of TrendyNewHub. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability TrendyNewHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, India.
