Return & Refund Policy for TrendyNewHub

Effective Date: July'2026

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins.
  • Once sent to print, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

We do accept returns/replacements in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Significant print quality issue

How to Raise a Complaint

  • Contact us at trendynewub@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number + clear photos of the issue
  • We'll review and respond within 2–3 business days

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer(NEFT/UPI) — customer must share bank details

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or washing
