Shipping Policy — Effective Date: July 10, 2026
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 6–8 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 8–11 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 12–15 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain threshold.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 re-attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
