Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Once sent to print, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selected by the customer.

We do accept returns/replacements in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Significant print quality issue

How to Raise a Complaint

  • Contact us at trendynewhub@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will review and respond within 2–3 business days

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) — customer must share bank details

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or washing
